Is there any way to install Discource?

I want to install Discource but once running commands via php isn’t allowed and there is no terminal, is there any other way I can install it?

Discourse was developed using Ruby. Not PHP.
I don’t believe you can install it in InfinityFree servers.

It’s not Discourse but has some similar features.
