Is "Thirty Bees" not allowed?

Hello, I am trying to install Thirty Bees E commerce package through Softaculous but at the very end of the process I get the following message

**The following errors were found :

Could not make the query numbered : 348
MySQL Error No : 1071
MySQL Error : Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes
**
I do not really know what that means

I have checked the forum and what I found is that could be due to the database type it uses wich is not allowed in Infinity Free, is that rigth? or this can be solved in some way?

That error means that the software requires the InnoDB storage engine for MySQL, which is not supported on free hosting. So if your software requires it, I’m sorry to say you cannot host it on InfinityFree.
