Jetpack setup error

Your installation of Jetpack is incomplete. If you installed Jetpack from GitHub, please refer to this document to set up your development environment.

i have these error in my site when i activate jetpack plugin

You need to try and install that plugin via FTP. Here is the KB article about that.

Your problem is with installation, which is why you cannot setup it.
Reinstall it via FTP like @Ergastolator1 suggested.
