can we add a json file in my host to include in my project will it supports
Sure, you can add a JSON file. But remember, you’ll only be able to poll it from JavaScript because of the security system.

i wanted to use GuzzleHttp php service it may consists of some json files so in order to use will i get any errors or works fine.

No idea. You may give it a try. Only then will you know whether it is feasible on free hosting
