Why is the maximum size 10MB? I’m just wanting to upload a video, but I can’t… Help me, I need it! 
Is the video available in youtube? If yes then just embed it. The database might not be able to handle a single file with such data, hence it might crash. So its better if you just embed.
The servers could handle files many terabytes in size, but we simply cannot afford to get that much storage space for users who don’t pay us anything whatsoever. We need to have restrictions or we wouldn’t be able to provide free hosting in the first place.
If you want to have a large video on your website, you can upload it to a video sharing service like YouTube or Vimeo and embed it.
