Let's Encrypt supported?

Hello all,

I don’t know if Let’s encrypt is supported by infinityfree.net. Can some tell me where I have to contact you?

Sincerely user of InfinityFree.

It is unfortunately not supported.

Please use CloudFlare as a free SSL alternative.

Welcome to InfinityFree and the InfinityFree forum!

Long story short: Let’s Encrypt does not support InfinityFree. The details are explained in the knowledge base article: https://infinityfree.net/support/cannot-use-or-have-problems-using-lets-encrypt-or-sslforfreecom/

You can find contact information here. But please note that this contact information is not for sales and support questions. Most common questions are answered in the knowledge base (like this one), and the rest are often already answered on this forum, so it’s really worth your time to search the support resources first.

If you have a question not answered already, feel free to create a new discussion here.

If you do insist on getting one-on-one support, you should consider to upgrade your account. On premium hosting, you do get one-on-one staff support.

Yes, if you already have your domain in Cloudflare, enter before to sslforfree.com and put the domains you want (First the one that does not have www.) And then you do Manually Verify Domain (DNS) and put the Records in Cloudflare, and then you have the certificate ready (Forget the CA Bundle, it does not work), but the Certificate works
