login webmail

i using infinity free version, how to access/login web mail.
i can’t login using username and password cpanel.

To login to the email accounts, you need to use the email address and email account password you set through the control panel.

I did have my email setup at one time, email address for “Each” club officer. How do they access email account without having to log into my personal “infinity” account?

I only want them to access and log into their own email account. Is that possible using the “builder” with free account?

I’m sorry, but giving other people access to email accounts isn’t really an option at the moment. If you would like that kind of email service, you could always try something like Zoho.

Ok, Would my DNS Manager (DNS Hosting provider) be Godaddy or Infinity? Domain was purchased from Godaddy.

Your domain is probably pointing to the InfinityFree nameservers, which means InfinityFree is your DNS provider.

@Admin Ok, because in order to use ZoHo email as you suggested on my website, they are saying "Create a CNAME for your domain jacksonarc.com in your DNS Provider and point it to zmverify.zoho.com:

Name / Host / Alias / CNAME
zb14920262

Value / Points To / Destination
zmverify.zoho.com

If the TTL is editable, reduce the TTL to 300 seconds or the minimum possible value recommended by your Registrar. Click Save or Add Record option to save the CNAME Records." End Quote

I can’t see where I can do that on infinityfree through my Cpanel.

I think I just figured it out, seems some things have changed since ZoHo created the “help” module they are using.

There is an option called CNAME Records in your control panel.

What’s wrong with your problem is that you haven’t included which account or e-mail account is affected by this.

What’s wrong with your e-mail account could be:

  • You aren’t using the correct password and should try to reset it.
  • The account is corrupted and you should delete it and create it again.

You can give them access by giving them webmail’s public address: http://185.27.132.238/roundcubemail/.

They won’t have to login into your InfinityFree account, they just need E-mail address and password.
