Lost access to account :( (reset password not working)

Hey everyone,

does anyone know if reset password is working for them because I cant manage to reset my password and now I lost access to my hosting and ftp :frowning:
I’m using a gmail email and the reset link doesnt arrive on there.

I hope someone or maybe @Admin can help me out :slight_smile:

edit: I managed to reset my password, but not I still cant login. when I try to login to my cpanel at cpanel.epizy.com it says:
You are not logged in…
while I just logged in.

Can’t you just change your hosting account password through your client area? As long as you can login there, you can change the password of any of your accounts.
