Lost access to Two Factor and Backups codes

Forgive me if this isn’t the correct place to ask this, but I tried to find someone to message directly about support (which I couldn’t find), but I’m in a bit of a bind.
I have my passwords and emails for my three account (two of which are shared)
But I can’t log into any of them due to me getting a new phone and not having access to the old Google Authenticator, as well as the document containing my backup codes.
What would be the best way to regain access to my account?

I’m sorry, but if you’ve lost your authenticator device and your recovery code, you have lost the account.

Any security system is as strong as the weakest link. Letting you disable two factor authentication without being able to complete the second factor authentication completely undoes the added security. And we actually care about keeping your accounts safe, it’s not just a bit of security theater to look good on the features page that is thrown aside whenever it becomes inconvenient.
