Mailforwarding no longer working

my website url is towers-gentech.com.
email forwarding was working just fine, for several days, until yesterday.
Then it unaccountably just stopped.

I’ve checked my MX, my MX reads as it should: mx.epizy.com
Just now, i got this error from a yahoo account i used to send test emails to
my forwarded email account on towers-gentech.com

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
<[email protected]>:
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

I would be grateful for any hints or tips to a solution.

freemail.byetcluster.com isn’t working as an SMTP and MX server anymore. Maybe someone is trying to DDoS iFastNet Free Email Services, and should be stopped by sending a ticket to them.

I set up a regular, non-forwarded, email address, to see if i could see it from the webmail
facility. I tried sending messages to it from a yahoo email address.
Two problems:
(1) The webmail isn’t working, roundcube simply doesn’t load.
(2) I just received this message from yahoo:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
<[email protected]>:
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

This seems consistent with the suggestion that the SMTP server, mx.epizy.com, is not responding.

Any indication when this problem might be fixed ?

Try to contact iFastNet to see when will the issue be resolved; I’m not the admin, nor I work on iFastNet, so I can’t help you :slight_smile:

The mail server has been down since Thursday. I’m still to get more information from iFastNet about what’s going on.

Service has, apparently, resumed:

I’ve just (moments ago) retested the forwarding, and i received the forwarded email.
