Can you make a web page using two servers? or would that be considered abuse?

Example: I upload the php and css files to one server, and the multimedia files to another server.

this so that the distribution of process is not so high and is distributed between two hosts

I don’t think that should be a problem.

I see two problems with this setup:

  • Hotlinking/embedding stuff hosted with us onto other websites is not possible from free hosting. So if you’re looking to embed the multimedia content into the other domain, or AJAX upload the content to it, that’s not going to work.
  • Using our hosting for file hosting / file sharing is not allowed. If you’re looking for a place to store a large amount of multimedia content, please use a specialized file/image/music/video hosting service for that, instead of abusing a website hosting account for this.
