I wanna make a minecraft SMP so i can play with my friends!
Is it possible with the free plan?

No, that’s not possible here. You need a VPS to do that.

No. As advertised, InfinityFree is a Web Hosting Provider, not a minecraft server.

Like everyone said here, Infinityfree does not allow it due to it being a web hosting service, not a server hosting service. I think replit can do that, though. Try that. If not, try using a VPS like jaik said.
