We just renewed our domain on Godaddy.
With your FTP Details for epiz_30615117, we just logged in using FileZilla and it works. However, the FTP login info does not work on this link:

And don’t share the filemanager URL, as it contains your hosting account password. I recommend that you change your password for your hosting account since you just publicly shared its username and password.
