Monsta time out Wordpress can not loading data from host and do not show any pages

i can’t delete any file without error by monsta
license reading operation time out
system var time out

Wordpress dont show admin page

Use filezilla

wordpress can not update to 5.8 and any plugins can not upload and active

after try to update i get this msg Error 524 A timeout occurred

Try updating by downloading the newest release for WordPress’s website and uploading it with FileZilla.
