My account is suspended and it ordered me to make a support ticket.

Then create a support ticket? We cant help you since iFastNet handles suspensions.

but where can i do it? when i click button create ticket it redirects me to client area

There should be an option to open a ticket in the client area

I don’t think that is supposed to happen, you should maybe use another browser.

No, that’s normal. The control panel ticket links to the client area because we don’t use the ticket system integrated in the control panel.

In the client area, you can find your account and click Manage. On that page are more details about why your account is suspended and - if eligible - a button to create a ticket.
