My epiz_30307611 account has been suspended. its okay but i need my files back. what can i do?
You will have a open ticket option and ask them for re check because sometimes it get suspended automatically by robots so ask them

Can you please let us know what you got suspended for? You cannot access your files during a suspension because then it really is not a suspension. Also, it is your responsibility to always have a backup of your files, just in case something goes wrong.
Also, @Neeraj0001, you can only access ticket support if you are permanently suspended, but the OP did not specify what kind of suspension is going on.

Check in your client area why they suspended you. THen share the reason for suspension here.
