My domain got reactivated however the subdomains are still down. Is there a way to reactivate the subdomains also?
Umm, can you share a screenshot of the error?
Reactivating an account should normally reactivate all domains on the account as well. But with the control panel on the fritz, things could have gone wrong?
Which account got reactivated and which subdomains on that account are still down? Then I can maybe see what happened and fix it.
