Welcome.

In order to connect your domain to your InfinityFree account, you must change the nameservers. Adding A records will not work due to the way our system is setup.

But… we are your domain host? We provide the free subdomains, after all.

thank both of you for replying
drzarjack.com
i have changed the name server

the domain name i am trying to you is drzarjack.com
this was a message from the people i bought my domain from
“the nameserver is not resolving right so please contact your nameserver provider and get the A record and then will update the nameserver back to us and update the A record so that website will be connected”
what do isay back to them?
i have changed the nameservers.

It looks like the system has not assigned an IP and it is still parked on Bodis.
Please remove the domain from the system and add it again (here on hosting)
and by doing so you will force the server to refresh the data.

Then wait a while (15 min, hour or 3+)
and it should be OK then.

Your domain registar is Domain.com. Contact there.

@anon32498208, that is incorrect.

@drzarjack, you can remove it from the “Addon Domains” section in the control panel. After removing it, reload the page, the add it back in the “Addon Domains” section.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

how do i check it?
how long will it take to propigate?

It’s already working for me. You can clear your DNS cache, or just wait ~72 hours.
