For some reason, it looks like your domain name is correctly configured, but the DNS records seem to have gone missing from our nameservers. This is definitely not intentional, but I’m also not sure entirely how this could happen.
However, you should be able to fix this by simply removing the domain name from your account and then adding it again. That should ensure the DNS records are set up again, which should allow your website to come back online.

All domains can either be found in the Addon Domains, Parked Domains or Subdomains section in your control panel.

sorry, Your answer is not clear for me… simply i have 3 domains in my account, how can remove one of them ?? there are no thing Related to removing in Addon Domains, Parked Domains or in Subdomains section

I’ve read the topic, but I don’t fully understand what still needs to be addressed.
First of all, let’s clarify the terminology a bit:
- An account is the thing you see listed on app.infinityfree.net. It’s identified by a username like epiz_12345678.
- Every account has a label. A label is a line of text which you can use to identify an account. By default, it looks like “Website for example.com”, but you can change it to anything you want, like “Personal Blog” or “DELETE ME”.
- An account may have a number of domains. A domain is something like “example.com” or “example.epizy.com”, which may have a website, email addresses, etc. An account may have multiple (sub)domains with multiple websites.
The domain ahmedtechnos.com has already been deleted. It’s not assigned to any hosting account right now, so it cannot show a website right now. The account with label “Website for ahmedtechnos.com” is still active, but does not have any domains assigned to it. This means it’s eligible for cleanup, so it can be deleted in 30 days.
So I’m not sure what I can do here. The domain is already gone and the account cannot be deleted because of what it says in the client area:
InfinityFree cannot delete accounts earlier on request due to legal obligations. Please do not submit support requests to make an exception.
