Then, try to use a Paid Hosting Account wich is better for you company, better hardware, better uptime and better tools

I think you are affected by this outage. You should be able to access your files over FTP.

This is a lesson to always keep a backup.

All the more reason to have a backup.

While what you said is true, we are just experiencing a temporary outage. Last time something at this scale happened a network cable was incorrect. We don’t know what it this time, but we are very sorry that it is happening.
