Error Message
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when trying to view my website.
FTP is not able to login. Using FileZilla, message “421 Home directory not available” returned when trying to login.

Other Information
CPanel is still alive, phpMyAdmin in CPanel is also alive.
I read the fixed post “FTP Errors, Missing Files, and Websites Showing Connection Refused” in InfinityFree Forum and got that InfinityFree is doing some HDD migration.
However, the affected IP and volume mentioned in that post seems not matching information I saw in CPanel. In my CPanel, volume info is as below:
Hosting Volume: vol9_6
The volumes mentioned in that post is: vol17 and vol18.
So I’m not sure whether that is the reason I couldn’t access my website.
I also read another post “Website Outage”. It said visiting affected sites will be redirected to a suspend page.
But what I saw when visiting my site was a ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, specified above.
So I’m not sure whether my site was affected by the outage.
Just wanted to know which one is the reason that caused my site down. Is there other possibility than the 2 cases above?
