I have got into some problems. Kindly help.

  1. My site, http://osko.store/ is not working … not sure about the reason. Ping is timing out.
    My username is epiz_21552500

For me it’s working. Maybe your IP got in the blacklist, so try to reboot the router to get a new one.

Your website is working fine from here.

Note that our servers block all ping requests by default. Fortunately, web traffic uses HTTP, not ping, so absence of a ping response doesn’t say anything about the status of your website.
