Other Information
First time I install Wordpress using other account, it works great. I can use it normally.
Then suddenly it gave an error connection timed out.
I then delete deactivate that account and create a new account.
After that I installed Wordpress using Softilicious and it says installation successful.
But when I go to the URL it straight up shows the connection timed out error. I can’t even see my Wordpress dashboard.

What hosing volume are you on? It can be found in the client area

If you see browser’s default error, stating ERR_TIMED_OUT, it’s due to your own internet connection most of the time.
