My softacolous app installer opening after deleting all files

i found that i nodes were completely used such that i could not use softacolous thus i deleted all files on my online file mananger but still it shows all i nodes are used on control panel and i cannot access softacolours app installer

The control panel will take time to sync.

Note that the inode counter in the control panel only resets every 24 hours. After that time period has passed, you will be able to use softaculous again.
