My website is showing DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN on some network

This is my website site and when I visit it through some network (My mobile data) it shows:

This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in www.ultimumpilaeleague.in.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

But when I use some other network (for example my WiFi) it works perfectly fine. When I checked in community forum. Everyone had unique solution to their problem because their cause of problem were different. I can’t seem to find where my problem lies.

Please help.

It looks like you just register your domain

Because of DNS propagation, it can take 72 hours before it starts working.

Is there some tool that I can use to check how much my DNS has propogated?

You can use a tool like the one below, but is in known to be unreliable, so don’t trust it fully. Everyone will be able to see your site in 72 hours, and there are some tips in the article I linked so you can view it sooner.
