I checked the domain name. It’s assigned to a currently active account, but under a different email address.
Please note that we only provide up to three free hosting accounts per PERSON. Signing up with multiple email addresses to create more free accounts is not allowed.
You can see the type of suspension in the email you received, and you can find more information in the client area, if you login using the email address to which the message was sent.
