I am trying to connect to a database but I get an access denied error, I already tried the password for my account and cpanel, but still giving error, and already tried to open phpmyadmin but I get the following error
You have changed your password before I guess. You’ll need to wait for admin till he resets your database password for you.

With the platform API fixed, you don’t need me to fix the database permissions. Simply update your password again through the client area and the database permissions should be fixed as well.

Well. I was trying to change the pass from client area but it was not working months ago.

Yup, it was fixed a couple of weeks ago or so. So this issue should not happen again anymore.
