I am a little confused. If your account is suspended, you need to wait the 24 hours before you can access your files. If you are permanently suspended, there should a “submit a ticket” in the client area somewhere to get your files if they are not harmful.

Your query behavior overloaded the database. But don’t worry, it will be automatically reactivated after 24 hours after which you can either try and fix the issue or export your database.
