mysql database error "Access denied for user ... . "

Hi.
I can't  access to my database.
I checked username and password. they are correct.
error:
Access denied for user 'epiz_23298835_farsiform'@'192.168.2.189' (using password: YES)

I see your error message and see the username is NOT correct.

Please go to the MySQL Databases in your control panel and double check the credentials. Be sure to look at which column is the "Database Username" and which is the "Database Name". These are different columns with different values.
