MySQL dB randomly removed

Error Message

I went to renew my ssl certificate and when I visited the site, WordPress failed to connect to the database and when I checked it, it was gone. I believe I have a backup of it on my laptop, but since I am on my phone, I can’t do anything to restore it. The rest of my files are unaffected

what SQL server are you on? I believe the server may be down for some reason.
