Nameserver is updated to ns1.epizy.com, ns2.epizy.com but still cant create account

Namesrvers are updated in the the whois also but cant create account. please help. its been 18+ hours since i updated it.

Please wait for @Admin to respond or give an update on this situation. Thanks EDIT1: It seams that you cannot add any domains or accounts right now, as this error shows even if you are trying to add a custom domain with the correct nameservers.
