I delete current index.html file from htdocs folder and upload my site. But i see only “404! We couldn’t find that page.”

I checked the issue and it looks like some of your .htaccess rules are causing this error. I’ve commented out a few rules and now your website is working from here. You may want to check yourself which line causes the problem exactly.
