The permissions on the file manager is not letting me open my files, or let others visit the website. The manual is 030.
Error Message
The error message I recieve when I try to open my files is "Error during FTP change directory, permission denied at “/htdocs”. The error message people recieve when trying to access the page is,
"403 Forbidden
The website’s configuration prevents you from accessing this page."
Other Information
I just need a bit of guidance with changing permissions, so that both of these problems are fixed. Thank you!
