Pretty sure wordfence messed up my website, but I have no idea how to fix this.

I can tell the error and warning are enough self-explanatory.

You can forcefully disable any broken plugins by deleting their folders through FTP or a file manager. So if you delete htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/, you should be able to access the WordPress admin area again.
