okay so, I need to verify my site for this.

" Create a DNS TXT record with the name snackbucks.com and value surfe.pro:efd5a05588782b508538ed5380fcffd0" but it wont let me do it in my hosting cpanel.

can someone do it for me?

You can’t create txt records, just cname records. You could use CloudFlare however, as long as you’re using a TLD domain. It has DNS service (including TXT records) and can speed up your site.
