No access to my website

Dear all,

From time to time I have issues when accessing my website www.cityconnection.pt . It seems that I get redirected to another page, as indicated in the image attached below

Please check that your nameservers are correctly set and point to the Infinityfree nameservers.

I am actually using cloudflare, so my domain is pointing to cloudflare nameservers. Could this be related to the issue?

You need to set up the correct DNS records then. Go to your Cloudflare dashboard for your domain, in “DNS” page, click on “Add Record” and put these DNS records in:

  • CNAME record with name @ and the target being your account’s main domain. How to find your main domain.
  • CNAME record with name www and target @ .
  • MX record with name @ and target mx.epizy.com (to receive email).
  • An additional CNAME record for every subdomain. So if you have a subdomain “blog”, you need to add a CNAME record with name blog and target @ .
