.no domains need zone files before nameserver change

So, I need the zone file to be ready before I’m allowed to change nameserver, no way around that, can this be done here?

The only way to point a domain to InfinityFree is to set the nameservers at your registrar; some won‘t support this as they require you to make changes to the zone (verify the zone) at the host.
