No files can be seen

I configured all the things correctly, and all the files can be accessed yesterday. However, when I tried to visit the website today, all the files under /htdocs can’t be visited , but when I was checking the /htdocs folder, all the files are there, nothing changed. Is my host haunted?

if you’ve just received your account activation you’ll be able to upload your files via ftp but i’ll take a while before you see your website, until then you’ll probably just see a blank white page and this confused me when I first joined

try clearing your browser cache and reload the page, if its still blank then wait a while and try it again
