disculpen por que no me deja conectar a ftp me diese que-no me deja entrar al servidor quisiera saber cual es o por que no me deja entrar desde filezilla

First, please use English for getting accurate answer as we (community) are not entirely originated from Spain.

From what I could understand (translate) , you want to connect FTP through FileZilla, right?

Double check your credential (domain credential may not be the same as your infinityfree account, depends on what you set during hosting account creation), includes server ip/domain name, port, etc.

I’d prefer to use provided ftp app btw, like MonstaFTP or other one (forgot the name)
