Noob - Uploading Website Files

I’m a noob (100% just fumbling around in the dark to make this website for work) and I’m using CoffeeCup Free FTP to upload a website file I made using Twine (A choose your own adventure creator software that export’s the finished product in html.)

I’m upload the files and not sure I did it right. How long will it take for it to go live once uploaded? I have tried looking at the website in incognito mode to see if it is working. It still has the “Let’s Make Something Great!” I’m hoping it just takes time otherwise I’m not sure what to do next to get the file to work right.

It will be live instantly so long as everything is right. Make sure you delete the index2.html file, and then make sure the file you uploaded is called index.html.
