What I’m seeing is: plugin is installed but when i am activating it, it refresh the page and then nothing happens

I’m sorry, but can you please explain what you see, rather than what you think it means? “nothing happens” is not a particularly useful problem description. What is “nothing” to you? Does the page refresh? Do you see any error message? Are you redirected to any other page? Does time and the universe itself cease to exist?
