Judging by the FTP logs, it seems that the problem is that FileZilla is unable to setup a secure FTP connection.
The previous times I’ve seen this issue, it was caused by a network restriction on the client side, which prevented a secure FTP connection.
To work around this, you could try one of the following:
Ask your network administrator or internet provider to take a look at this issue and see if they can fix this from their end.
Use a VPN to bypass the network restriction so you can setup a secure FTP connection.
Configure FileZilla to use insecure FTP. To do so, you need to configure the website through the Site Manager like this, and from the Site Manager, edit the connection, go to the General tab and set the Encryption field to “Only use plain FTP (insecure)”.
