I can’t update wordpress to verion 5.4.2 and theme/plugin’s fail to update as well? please help . this is not good if you need me to set you up a admin account i can . Thankyou

Yes, the ZIP, ZipArchive and ZLIB modules are currently missing on free hosting. This is a known issue and we’re working on it.
We already posted an announcement about this, but since people don’t seem to read outage announcements, here is a second announcement with a harder to miss title.
