however i can send emails but not getting any replies,

It sounds like your MX records are not set yet. Can you please check the MX records section in your control panel and make sure that it contains exactly one MX record for your domain which points to “mx.freecluster.eu”, “mx.rf.gd” or “mx.epizy.com” (depending on the original subdomain of your website)? If it doesn’t exist yet, you will need to create it.

Usually the changes are picked up within a few hours by most e-mail providers, but it could take up to a few days. It’s affected by DNS propagation, which we have very little control over. You can read more about that here: https://infinityfree.net/support/domains/what-is-dns-propagation
