Please fix it. I hope this is not going to turn into Grendelhosting 2. Since yesterday whenever i try to enter my Online file manager i get this error:
Unable to connect to FTP server [my ip] on Port [my port]
Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.
I’m getting this too. i used an ftp checker and is says:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.epizy.com
Status: Connecting to 185.27.134.11
Warning: The entered address does not resolve to an IPv6 address.
Status: Connected, waiting for welcome message…
Reply: 421 1900 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Connection refused by server
So, i think it is that too many users are using the ftp server at the same time 
There was a capacity issue on the FTP server. If something like that happens, just try again later when it’s not so busy.
