Opencart Extension Installer Error

I cannot install any extension, the error message is always the same:

“File could not be found!”

Any workaround?

I’m not familiar with OpenCart, so I don’t know what’s actually going on. If you can figure out what the actual underlying error is, I can probably help you. But this message is too vague to be useful to me.
