Hi,
Firstly I try to install PrestaShop but it’s showing error about MySQL that length can be max 1000 bites or something like that.
And secondly I installed opencart, but I can’t log in to administration(password and username are correct) it still redirect me to log in section. Last thing I add some product to cart, but after clicking to basket to order… It’s deleted, and this happend to every product that I add there.
Why is this happening?

Current version of Prestashop is not supported on free hosting.

As for OpenCart, this should answer your question…
Open Cart Couldnt be installed because we cant use folders outside htdocs , but opencart or softaculous asks the path to install data during installing , so just point it to htdocs folder and it will solve the issue , if you have login isssues on opencart , that not due to infiity free , its an opencart issue , fix is here → can't login to admin panel - OpenCart Community
