Page change not updated

I have done an update of the index.html page changing with another one and tryngo to visit my site from diffrent browsers (chrome, chrome guest, tor browser, firefox) the update was not visible. What can i do?

Right click>Inspect Element>Find “Network”>Tick “Disable Cache”>Reload

I got thus error: 404!
We couldn’t find that page.
Please check to make sure you’ve typed the URL correctly.

This webserver is CaSe SenSiTiVe so ensure capital letters in the URL match the files uploaded.

I also tried to delete the cloudflare cache but nothing

1. Pause cloudflare at the moment
2. Check your filename.

And the filename is correctly setted up

Open cloudflare dashboard>select your site>Scroll down to bottom and find this

Update: I just waited some hours and now i can see my website! I tried to delete and recopy the file also
