No, the plan is for the PHP selector to be removed entirely, and for PHP 7.4 to be replaced with PHP 8.0 soon as well.
PHP version selection will be a premium only feature from then on, and free hosting will only have one, up to date PHP version.

As far as I am aware the support for PHP 7.4 is until November 2021 and until Jan 2023 for security support.

I’m not sure. iFastNet isn’t giving me a direct answer to that question. Perhaps it will be done around September 1st too, perhaps it will be done a few weeks or months later.
