Php files not working - Web server is down

In my website all the files work, except the .php, when trying to enter it shows an error message: Web server is down.

Previously everything was working, until today.

What does this mean?

Please make sure that the DNS settings in Cloudflare are correct
so that A record leads to this IP 185.27.134.101

In my website all the files work, except the .php

Nothing works (521 error)
just the fact that other files (not PHP files) you have in your browser cache, so you have an impression of how they work.

Thanks, it was because I had 2 golden.ml records pointing to different ip. Solved, thanks.
